We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. If you are accessing the App from outside of the U.S., please be aware that information collected through the App may be transferred to, processed, stored, and used in the U.S. and other jurisdictions.

8. In-App Purchases

Our App offers in-app purchases for consumable digital goods. We do not store your full payment information but may retain some information about your purchases for record-keeping purposes.

This Privacy Policy addresses only our own practices and does not cover the practices of third parties that may provide services or features on our App.

10. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

11. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 12. Additional Information for Parents

As our App is designed for adults (18 and older) to find friends, we do not knowingly collect information from children. However, we understand that parents or guardians may have concerns about the privacy of their children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are concerned that your child may have provided us personal information, please contact us at contact@earthboundapp.com. We will take steps to investigate and, if appropriate, delete such information from our systems.

We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through our App.

13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated and notify you by an in-app alert the first time you use the App after we make the change.
